Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any digital asset package, custom website design framework, or requesting a service from BPMedia, you agree to pay the specified fees via our secure payment processor (Stripe). For pre-purchased packages, payment secures your project slot, and work will begin once onboarding materials and client assets are provided. Due to the custom, digital nature of creative design and web development work, all payments are non-refundable once production or asset creation has officially commenced.

All concepts, preliminary designs, wireframes, and raw digital assets created by BPMedia remain the sole intellectual property of BPMedia until full payment has been successfully processed and cleared. Upon final settlement, ownership and usage rights for the completed assets and website designs transfer fully to the client.

BPMedia delivers projects in good faith and is not liable for any subsequent revenue losses, site downtime, search engine ranking shifts, or disruptions caused by third-party platform updates or hosting modifications once final project files or live websites are officially handed over to the client.

To maintain your project timeline, you agree to provide all necessary business information, high-resolution logos, text copy, images, and brand assets within 14 days of your purchase. BPMedia is not responsible for project delays, missed launch dates, or production stalls resulting from a client’s failure to deliver requested materials or feedback. If a project remains stalled for more than 30 consecutive days due to client inactivity, BPMedia reserves the right to pause the project and apply a restart fee to resume work.

We respect your privacy and the privacy of your business. Any personal data, payment details, or company files collected during onboarding, consultations, or contact form submissions are processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. BPMedia uses standard industry encryption and secure third-party processors (such as Stripe) to manage transactions. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your private business information to unauthorized third parties.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal actions or disputes arising directly from services rendered by BPMedia must be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

All payments made through our third-party processor, Stripe, are subject to their respective Terms of Service. In the event of a billing error or payment dispute, the Client agrees to contact BP Media directly to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback with their banking institution. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate termination of services and may be subject to collection actions.

Submitting a booking or payment through this site constitutes a reservation of project availability. No design asset creation, web development, or strategy sessions will begin until a separate, formal Project Contract & Scope of Work has been digitally signed by the Client, and any initial deposit has cleared. BPMedia reserves the right to cancel or refund bookings if mutual contract terms cannot be reached.
